Hello! My name is Kaylee Kramer and I am one of the Adaptive Curriculum teachers at Vanceboro Farm Life Elementary. I am so excited to be working with the kids this year!
I am originally from Rochester, NY. I moved to New Bern, NC, in the Fall of 2013 and fell in love with the area. I graduated from St. John Fisher College with my Bachelor's Degree in 2011. My major was Communication/Journalism. I am currently working on my Master's in Special Education at Western Carolina University, with anticipated graduation in December 2016.
This will be my second year teaching. I was previously a teaching assistant at Vanceboro Farm Life Elementary working in the EC Pre-K Classroom and have worked in daycare facilities in the past as a lead teacher for children ages newborn to 12 years old. I love working with children and watching them find their inner-strength and talents. Working with students with different abilities is a pleasure and I love helping students focus on their abilities rather than their disabilities.
